What conditions do I have to meet to collect payments from clients?

Currently, only businesses, including sole proprietors, from the following countries can use the function to collect payments from clients:

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States.

To be able to start creating paid appointments in Consultly, you need to create an account and successfully pass Stripe verification using a simple form available after registering or logging in to Consultly. Data verification in Stripe is necessary due to country-specific legal requirements. It is intended to ensure the safety of those making payments and to prevent fraud.

During the data verification process, Stripe may require information such as but not limited to the User's company or trade name, address, email, telephone number, business identification number, URL, or a description of the type of business. Stripe may also collect personal information (including name, date of birth and government-issued identification number) about the beneficial owners, parent entities and administrators of your Stripe Account.

To ensure the security of the parties to financial transactions, Stripe also reserves the right to request additional information. This may include company invoices, copies of identity documents, business licenses or other information related to the activities of the specialist, their beneficial owners or parent companies.
